I have almost three decades of experience in treating all kinds of pain and injuries. I am trained in muscle imbalance and core stability for balancing the body’s musculature and can use a range of manual techniques to treat your condition including massage, myofascial release and Maitlands mobilisations as well as electrotherapy, taping and exercise therapy including Mckenzie treatments.
